How long does the registration process take?

Once all required documents are submitted and complete, applications are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
If financial aid is involved, processing timelines may be longer and can vary depending on the province, funding authority, and availability of required documentation.

Educational credentials must be submitted in English or French.
If your documents are issued in another language, official translations and credential evaluations must be provided in English.

For post-graduate diploma programs, AAPS College accepts degrees from Canada and the United States, as well as international degrees evaluated by recognized credential assessment organizations, such as WES, ICAS, PEBC, and other approved agencies.

No. A degree is only required for post-graduate diploma programs and select micro-credential certificate programs.

Most diploma and certificate programs do not require a degree and are open to applicants who meet the specific program eligibility criteria.

Domestic applicants: $100 CAD

International applicants: $500 CAD

Please note that the application fee is credited toward your tuition upon successful enrollment.

AAPS College offers flexible program delivery formats, including on-campus, online self-study (asynchronous), live virtual (synchronous), and hybrid options. Each format is designed to accommodate different learning styles, schedules, and professional commitments.

If I am self-funding, how does it work?

If self-funding, you’ll be responsible for tuition fees, and you will have the option to choose from multiple AAPS Payment Plans based on your requirements. For more information contact us at info@aaps.ca

No, financial aid is available for full-time program loads, subject to eligibility criteria.

OSAP typically takes 48 hours to process applications upon receiving the required documentation for your file.

When applying for OSAP, you must provide proof of your financial earnings to assess eligibility for financial aid. All income is verified with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) if it is earned in Canada and income taxes are filed. If yours or your spouse’s income is from abroad, you must submit proof such as income tax documents, employment letters, or pay stubs.
